Honoring a Century-Old History

The Cannery Project pays homage to the site's rich history of over 100 years in the canning industry along the Willamette River. Established in 1917 by the Salem Kings Product Company, the cannery has been a significant part of Salem's industrial heritage, contributing to the local economy and community throughout the 20th century.

Building for the Future

Our development plans emphasize sustainability and environmentally conscious design, aiming to create an eco-friendly community that promotes health and well-being. By integrating biophilic design and responsible resource consumption, we strive to set an example for sustainable living and contribute positively to Salem's future.
